I was asked to lead a workshop on film composing at Catalyst Content Festival in Duluth. We were able to bring musicians from the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra to perform the scores, giving the audience an idea of what a live orchestral scoring session is like.

For my segment of the workshop, I dissected my score for Melody Gilbert’s documentary Silicone Soul.
